THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SAN JUAN LA UNION SEAWALL

Alright, I have heard way too much about this whole seawall thing. First, this seawall will definitely form backwashes... really bad for a surf site, However, it would definitely be beauty to the eyes of...THE TOURISTS. whatever it takes huh.... it's gonna be great for the locals there to start having their own business, but!!! how sure are we that the businesses are going to be theirs anyway??? third, some old school resorts there are definitley going to be affected., Most importantly, the marine life's definitely gonna suffer. Voice out your opinion here... and the locals will definitely hear about this.
